Are the products on the site in stock?
Yes they are. If we run low on stock, we pull the product off the site temporarily before we run out of that item. We have a very sophisticated "real-time" inventory system. If you see it on the site, it is ready to ship.No. Those dresses whilst very beautiful are not necessary in the early days.
How do you clean your Santa suits?
All the suits except the Velvet suit can be washed very carefully in cold water with mild detergent on the gentle cycle. It is important that the suit does not sit wet in the machine for ANY period of time after washing or the red on the suit could run onto the white. You must use a buzzer / timer and remove the suit right away at the end of the spin cycle. So, unless you feel confident doing your laundry properly, simply DRY CLEAN ONLY or send it to a professional laundry service.Yes they are.
