What if I don't like what I ordered?
You know when you order something online or from a catalogue, and you can't touch it or see it, and it arrives, and it turns out to be even better than you had thought? That's the feeling that we hope you have when you receive your order. But if isn't what you had thought it would be, please let us know. You can return it.

What if something I order is out of stock?
We try very hard not to let that happen, but sometimes we sell out of something quicker than our suppliers can ship more to us. That's especially true with a new release. If you've ordered an item that's out of stock, we'll let you know right away. If it's something that we currently have on order or can order for you, we'll check to be sure that it's available, and that it will be here in time to ship for your party (there are no additional shipping charges on backordered items).A return form is enclosed in each shipment (on the reverse side of your packing slip). To insure proper credit, fill out the form, and enclose it with the items being returned after you have received a return authorization number from Customer Service. All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 15 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. For returns originating outside of the U.S.

For returns originating outside of the U.S. please mark on the box "U.S. goods being returned.When you order either latex or mylar balloons, you will receive them uninflated. As much as we would like to send you the balloons already filled with air, doing so would only result in burst balloons at your doorstep.

Do you have a catalogue?
The designs for children's party supplies change so frequently, with new ones being added and old ones discontinued, that it would be difficult and expensive to keep a listing up-to-date and current. For that reason, we don't offer a printed catalogue.
