Cash Gifting is it for real?

By Scott Zarecki

You may have noticed lately that Cash gifting has become very popular on the Internet. Cash gifting is not new and it is not a business. It is a money making concept only. The concept is that you pay your sponsor to join and then passed up your first and sometimes second enrollee and then after that you get to keep all the money yourself.

Once you've passed up the required number of sign-ups you are now what they called qualified and can begin promoting the program in keeping any of the money sent to you for yourself.

I joined to these organizations for research purposes dislike you get into the back office and really see what the guts of the program was all about. I was really surprised that one of the first things they teach you is not how the market for people but all the things you cannot say such as: business, profit, enroll just to name a few.

When you become involved in Cash gifting one of the very first things they teach you are all the things you can not say. Now I'm not talking about the basic ones like a guaranteeing income, but both organizations I joined had a list of almost 40 words in order to try to keep this legal. Words such as income, pay, business etc..

Is it legal or not?

I will say that I don't believe it is illegal but it definitely in a gray area. It has nothing to do with Pyramid scams or Ponzi schemes but it is not a real business there is no transfer of products. One of my biggest beefs about this program is that if you are going to build something and really spend your time working at it you should spend your time building something real.

The biggest problem for cash gifting is their compensation.

Most Cash gifting programs are based on the one up or two up plan. This means that you give your sponsor your first and maybe your second sign up. Now this is what Cash gifting pitches as the power of their system because as you enroll people then they have to give you their first or second sign up. But this is exactly where they fail. Why does what they pitch as the power of their system cause them to fail?

Think about it this way, after you are qualified meaning you've passed up your first one or two enrollees what motivation does your sponsor have to continue helping you. You will make them no more money in the system. Now I know will be some goodhearted people out there that will continue to work with their folks but most won't. It gets worse too if you continue this thought process once you're qualified you were now in direct competition with your sponsor.

So after you sign up your first one or two people more than likely you are going to be left on your own to sink or swim. I believe unless you are a true champion marketer and can hit the ground running you will probably be left on your own way too soon so you will probably not have the success you're hoping for.

This has nothing to do with cash gifting but on a funny side note 1 of the organizations I joined to research actually sent me some marketing information and one of the companies they highly recommend it was under investigation by the government. - 15431
