MLM Website Design Success

By MLMAbsolute

Website design is the most crucial tool in your online business. A bad website will piss people off, and a good website will attract and retain visitors and convert traffic into sales. Here are 5 steps to website design for your MLM business.

Step 1: Choose your Domain

You may be fun and cool to get an interesting domain like "information4u.com" but this kind of names do not fare well on search, because nobody search for such words. You should use high search keywords in your domain.

Step 2: Choose your Colors

You should use colors that are soothing to the eye and not one that stands out inappropriately. You can use bright colors to catch attention to keywords. Use colors like bright red, yellow, blue to catch readers attention. You cant control where your reader looks at in your website, but colors are very good to draw attention to areas you want your readers to focus.

While trying to create emphasis, try to refrain from creating too many emphasis areas. Don't use too many bolds and colors. Too many bolds and colors will confuse your readers, ultimately you only need readers to read areas and information that may contribute to a sale.

Step 4: Structure of Content

Take note of the structuring of your contents. Make sure that the information flows in a sequential manner. Ensure that the transition of different parts is smooth and not abrupt.

Step 5: Opt-In Form

Consider adding an opt-in form to collect email address to follow up with future product launch or information. Offer a free trial or free download to entice them to leave their email.

From my personal experience of building websites, it is a trap of all owners to try to perfect their website too much. They end up adding too many fancy gadgets and applications to impress their visitors. Smetimes they end up neglecting other core functions like traffic building.

Test your website for the conversion rates, if it doesn't convert traffic into sales you probably need to change some elements in your website. So it is also good to do A/B testing for your website.

There is no point of having a beautiful site if nobody visits it and buys from it. - 15431
