John Beck, Free and Clear, Is it A Scam?

By Frank Scott

Late night TV is loaded with money making opportunities from internet success to real estate investing courses and John Beck and his Free and Clear system has taken a top spot among the infomercial guru's. The lure of easy money on just one Free and Clear real estate deal is enough to get you to take a second look at 2 am.

John Beck grabs your attention with claims of buying tax troubled properties for Pennies on the Dollar, but can it actually be done? Yes, Sweet real estate deals are out there, especially in this troubled economy.

Even in this economy, which is booming for some businesses, finding a property that you can buy for a few hundred bucks is a one in a million deal. Seasoned real estate investors like John Beck probably have quite a few trophy properties under their belts, but those are the exception and not the rule. John Beck has years of experience, education being able to analyze markets and properties and I'm sure hours or months of work go into just one of these trophy deals.

So, where does that leave you?

John Beck Free and Clear course is a $39.95 education that probably won't get you too far with out a bit of hand holding to get you through your first few deals.

Pouring over tax and bank records finding the perfect property that is worth what is owed on it (giving the declining real estate market that can be a bit tougher) only to go up against seasoned investors fighting for the same property for the shot to get it Free and Clear or for Pennies on the Dollar.

So how do you get to the next level with a stater course, you don't. But, for about $8,000 you can be a part of John Beck's personal coaching system to get you to the next level. Sometime after you buy the Free and Clear course a member of John Beck's team will contact you to see if you are interested in a bit more help buying properties for Pennies on the Dollar.

Now, if you were able to make just one Free and Clear purchase and make a profit, the education may just be worth it. It sounds so easy at the beginning, with the excitement of an opportunity to change your lifestyle with just a few hours a week looking for some stressed out homeowners that are behind on their taxes.

Although it sounds fairly simple, most who invest in the program will more than likely not stick it out and call it quits after a few months of unsuccessful deals. It's a lot of work, but the rewards can be fairly elusive.

The real estate industry is a tough, highly competitive and risky market. For the average person to be able to spend the time to find just one sweet deal, the odds are stacked against you and without the addition of John Beck's coaching program your chances of success are even less.

Is Mr. Beck and his real estate training a Scam, some kind of Hoax?

Nope, it's legitimate, just not as easy as it sounds and there is a pretty heavy time commitment involved with any of the real estate industry programs. The risk in this one is not worth the reward for me, as a home business I'll steer clear of Mr. Beck and his programs.

What ever you choose, I wish you Good Luck!
